Uganda's Electoral Commission Chairman, Justice Simon Mugenyi Byabakama, has today declared H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni the winner of Presidential elections held on 14 January 2021.

Uganda High Commission in London organised virtual 58th Independence Day celebrations on the 9th October 2020 via Zoom.

The celebrations, under the theme 'Celebrating Uganda's steady progress towards economic take off and self-sustaining economic growth' brought together over 150 participants including officials from UK and Ireland, Ugandan diaspora, friends of Uganda and the Diplomatic Corps.
