Today in Bristol UK, Makerere University and the University of the West of England have finalized a historic Memorandum of Understanding, paving the way for a groundbreaking partnership in education and research.

The MOU, finalized by High Commissioner of the Republic of Uganda to the UK, HE Nimisha, Counsellor Miriam Otengo, Mr. Emmanuel Kitamirike of Makerere University and Professor Jo Midgley, Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of the West of England, is set to be signed in April at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.
